SPARKLING WINE BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH

Our bottomless brunch is available for a minimum of four and a maximum of 18 guests serving a selection of fresh pastries, cooked eggs, thick-cut bacon, traditional bruschetta and more!

Included in the cost per person is all food, coffee, tea, juices and sparkling wine, with options for three tiers of sparkling featuring our ‘Paperback’ house prosecco ($54pp), a local Canberra District ‘Hardback’ NV Gallagher "Duet" Pinot Noir Chardonnay ($68pp) or, for those with executive tastes a ‘First Edition’ Nathalie Falmet cuvée brut French champagne ($120pp). For non-alcohol drinkers, in addition to coffee, tea, and juice, we offer a non-alcoholic Maggie Beer Sparkling Chardonnay ($54pp) so that all guests can enjoy the same experience.

Bookings for brunch can be made by completing the reservations form below. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all sparkling wine bottomless brunch bookings. Whole table bookings only (no split brunch / a la carte).

Please note that we do not accept bottomless brunch bookings through our online TableAgent booking system.

BOTTOMLESS Brunch Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment in full is required at the conclusion of your event. Accounts will not be sent.

  2. Unfortunately experience has shown us that we require credit card details to secure the reservation. These can be provided via email or over the phone. We do not process any fees, but we do require appropriate notice of a reduction in numbers or cancellation, to avoid cancellation charges. We will require:

    • Credit card number

    • Expiry Date

    • CVV

  3. We will confirm final numbers at least 48 hours in advance of your booking.

  4. Bookings of fewer than four guests will have a 10% surcharge added to the final bill.

  5. Sunday bookings will have a 10% surcharge added to the final bill, and 15% on public holidays.

  6. Cancellation charges:

    • 50% of the per person cost per no show will be added to the final bill as a fee to cover food costs if there is a reduction in numbers within 24 hours of your reservation, or if fewer than the final confirmed number attend on the day, including for those who are unable to attend due to illness.

    • A $30pp cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your booking time.

  7. We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa, American Express. We do not apply any card surcharges. Split bills possible.

  8. Please note: your booking is not confirmed until we have received credit card details.
