Incontro Opera feat. ANU School of Music soprano Daphne Maddock(Picture by Peter Hislop)

For this special Basically Beethoven P&P Eventi presents an afternoon of Italian opera with young soprano Daphne Maddock.

From Mozart to Giordani Muse will be awash with music, aperitivo and stuzzichini, small Italian antipasto.

Daphne Maddock is a 16 year old soprano studying at the ANU School of Music. She has performed in the USA and in Australia including at the 2016 Italian Cultural Festival. She is currently taking lessons with Fleur Millar under whose supervision she has expanded her range and ability. Daphne has performed with choirs at the Hungarian Embassy and Parliament House. She is very thankful for this opportunity and is excited to be able to perform this repertoire at Muse.
