Here at Muse we're a space where good food, great friends and quality Australian spirits come together. To celebrate this happy triumvirate we're thrilled to host a World Gin Day dinner on Saturday 10th June 2017 at 6:30pm.
Head Chef Steven Sweeney has designed a mouth watering 4 course dinner to be paired with McHenry Distillery gin cocktails, beginning first with a canape and martini welcome reception in the bookshop.
The evening will be hosted by the one and only Phillip A. Jones a.k.a. The Martini Whisperer, and we're delighted to welcome guest speaker distiller Max McHenry, joining us all the way from Port Arthur Tasmania the home of McHenry Distillery.
This will be a wonderful 4 course meal crafted by passionate artisans to celebrate local Australian produce and the art of collaboration. Please do join us for this special Australian gin event!

Although everyone will have the opportunity to meet him during the course of the evening, for this event we're inviting you to join distiller Max McHenry for dinner at a special, intimate Distiller's Table limited to just six places.
Tickets: $150 / person (General) or $160 / person (Distillers Table)
Please note: if booking separately but you wish to be seated with friends, please contact us in advance so that we can organise seating accordingly. Owing to restaurant layout please be advised that some guests may be seated at a communal table. Please contact us if you have any specific dietary requirements.
