Originally from south-east Melbourne, Jerome Felix grew up in a family environment centralised around meal times and the preparation of food. This passion led him to an apprenticeship at age 18, and he has worked with and under notable culinary names such as Neil Perry, Ian Curley and Marcus Moore. Since 2013, as Head Chef at The Cupping Room, Jerome has overseen the creation and execution of more than 12 seasonal menus. In 2017, he will undertake a new venture starting his own business, partnering with the team from ONA Coffee.
